CA Course Fees : Foundation, Intermediate and Final 2023

Prospective CA students have the option to enroll in any CA Course, beginning with CA Foundation and progressing through to the CA Final course. It is important to note that the minimum duration for the CA course is approximately five years, contingent upon successfully clearing all levels within a single attempt.

CA Foundation Registration Fees

Students are required to pay a registration fee for enrolling in the CA Foundation course. Following successful payment, registered students are entitled to receive comprehensive study materials from ICAI. Additionally, they can take advantage of diverse programs supported by the institute. It’s worth noting that the registration fee for the CA Foundation Exam is ₹9000.

CA Foundation Fees for Journal Membership 

Participation in the CA Foundation Journal Membership program is discretionary, and the associated fee is levied to offer students access to valuable and knowledge-enhancing content curated by ICAI. This enriching content is available both in printed format and as an E-Journal. For CA Foundation students interested in this membership, the charge imposed by ICAI is Rs 200, covering the student journal and the Journal Membership itself.

CA Foundation Fees for Application Form

Upon successful registration for the course, students are granted a study period of 4 months to adequately prepare for the CA Foundation exam. To secure admission to the exam and obtain the essential admit card, students are required to submit the Examination/Application fee. For this purpose, ICAI imposes a fee of Rs 1500 for the CA Foundation examination/application process.

Application Form Fee for Intermediate level

After registering for the course, students get a 10 months study period to prepare for the CA Intermediate exam. The students have to the Examination or application fee to appear in the exam and to get the admit card for the CA Intermediate exam. ICAI charges Rs1500 for a single group and Rs2700 for both groups as CA Intermediate examination from/application from the fee.

Student’s Activity Fees for Intermediate Level

Students pay a fee to access various seminars and workshops organized by ICAI during their CA Intermediate study period. The activity fee charged by ICAI for CA Intermediate students is Rs. 2000.

ICITSS fees for Intermediate Level

In addition to the previously stated CA Course fees, students must also enroll for the ICITSS after successfully clearing either a single group of the Intermediate level or both groups, but prior to beginning their Articleship Training. This program encompasses the Information Technology and Orientation components.

The cost for the Information Technology program, which covers tea and refreshments, amounts to Rs. 6500/-.

Similarly, the Orientation Program, including tea and refreshments, incurs a fee of Rs. 7000/-.

CA Final Registration Fees

To enroll in the CA Final course, students are required to pay a registration fee. This fee grants them access to a range of benefits offered by ICAI. Once the registration process is finalized, ICAI furnishes students with study materials, in addition to providing them with opportunities to partake in diverse programs sponsored by the institute. For the combined groups of CA Final Exam, the registration fee amounts to ₹22000.

Exam Form fee for CA Final

Upon course registration, students are allotted a 10-month study interval to ready themselves for the CA Final exam. To participate in the exam and receive the necessary admit card, students are required to remit an examination/application fee. ICAI levies a fee of Rs1800 for a single group and Rs3300 for both groups as the CA Final examination/application fee.

Articleship/Training Practical Fee for CA Final

A sum of Rs 2000 is tendered as articleship fees, either at the point of registration or at the initiation of Practical Training. Additionally, students are obligated to remit Rs 500 to cover the cost of the assessment test arranged by ICAI.

AICITSS Training Fee for CA Final

Prior to undertaking the Final Examination, a student in the last two years of practical training is required to enroll in the Advance ICITSS. This program encompasses the Advanced Information Technology training and the Management and Communication Skills Program.

The fee for the Advanced Information Technology Program, which includes course material, tea, and refreshments, is Rs 7500/-.

Similarly, the Management and Communication Skills Program, inclusive of course material, tea, and refreshments, incurs a fee of Rs 7000/-.

Four-Week Residential Program on Professional Skills Development

Individuals who have successfully cleared either the Chartered Accountancy Final or Intermediate examination and are currently engaged in their third year of practical training are eligible to enroll in this course.

Participants in this program will receive an exemption from the MCS (Management and Communication Skills) component under AICITSS.

The course fee for each student opting for the residential option amounts to Rs 60,000/-.
